Hot Fruits 20 Extra Chillis Review
Hot Fruits 20 Extra Chillis is the smaller of Amatic's two Extra Chillis games: a 5×3 grid, 20 fixed lines and a Chilli Spin feature that needs only six chillis to start.
Fifteen positions to fill
The 7 is the wild and replaces every symbol except the scatter. Chillis carry multipliers from 1× up to 100× and can drop onto any position.
It came out on 2 October 2024, six weeks before the taller Hot Fruits 40 Extra Chillis.
Hot Fruits 20 Extra Chillis Features
Chilli Spin
Six or more chillis anywhere start Chilli Spin: three spins that reset each time a new chilli locks in place. The round ends when the spins run out or all 15 positions hold chillis, and the multipliers are then paid as one prize.
Fill the grid with yellow, orange or red chillis and the prize is doubled. The Extra Chillis button raises the stake and improves the chance of the feature without changing the paytable.
Compared with the 40-line game
The 20-line version needs six chillis rather than eight, and its grid fills with 15 rather than 20. Its published RTP is inconsistent between 97.16% and 96.16%, so we mark it unconfirmed.
Hot Fruits 20 Extra Chillis Pros and Cons
Strengths
- Lower trigger than the 40-line game
- Full-grid prize doubling
- Classic fruit look
